Acceptable Use Policy

• Running, testing and debugging Android apps you build or are authorized to test.
• Reviewing pull requests and sharing previews with your team, clients or reviewers.
• Letting coding agents drive a device through the CLI, API or MCP.
• Demonstrating your own app to other people.

Using a device as a general-purpose phone. Ramus is not a cloud phone, gaming service or remote browser. Do not use devices to play games, browse the web, stream video, use social media or messaging apps, or keep a device running for personal use.

Running apps you have no right to run. Do not upload pirated, cracked, “modded” or repackaged apps, apps downloaded from APK mirror sites, or anyone else’s app unless you are authorized to test it. Do not upload third-party app stores or store clients.

Getting around our controls. Do not install VPNs, proxies or tunnels, change device network or DNS settings, or try to bypass content filtering, usage limits, device restrictions or account limits. Do not create multiple accounts to get more free usage.

Abuse of the network or other services. Do not use Ramus to send spam, scrape, create or farm accounts on other services, click-farm, earn rewards or cryptocurrency, run bots against third-party services, or send automated traffic that the target service does not permit.

Harmful or illegal content and activity. Do not use Ramus to distribute or test malware, phishing or stalkerware; to infringe intellectual property; to access content that is sexually explicit or exploits minors; or for anything illegal where you or we operate.

Attacking Ramus. Do not probe, scan or test the security of Ramus or its hosts without our written permission, interfere with other users’ devices, or try to escape a device.

Using Ramus in any way, including the website, CLI, API, MCP or a shared link, means you accept this policy.

We may refuse to install an app, end a session, restrict features or suspend an account that we believe breaks this policy, with or without notice. Repeated or serious violations lead to permanent suspension. If you think we got it wrong, email appeals@ramus.dev.

Report abuse of Ramus devices to abuse@ramus.dev. Report a security vulnerability to security@ramus.dev.

We may update this policy. The version and effective date above change when we do, and we will tell you about material changes.
